देश का 29वां राज्य बना तेलंगाना, के. चंद्रशेखर राव ने बने पहले मुख्यमंत्री, PM ने दी बधाई

तेलंगाना आज देश का 29वां राज्य बन गया। तेलंगाना राष्ट्र समिति के अध्यक्ष के. चंद्रशेखर राव ने प्रदेश के पहले मुख्यमंत्री के तौर में शपथ ली। राजभवन में आज सुबह 8.15 बजे राज्यपाल ई एस एल नरसिम्हन ने उन्हें पद और गोपनीयता की शपथ दिलाई।

राज्यपाल नरसिम्हन ने राजभवन में 11 अन्य विधायकों को कैबिनेट मंत्री के तौर पर पद एवं गोपनीयता की शपथ दिलाई। मंत्रिमंडल में राव के पुत्र के टी रामा राव और भतीजे टी हरीश राव को शामिल किया गया है। अन्य 9 कैबिनेट मंत्री मोहम्मद महमूद अली, टी राजैया, नयनी नरसिंह रेड्डी, इतेला राजेंद्र, पोचाराम श्रीनिवास रेड्डी, टी पद्म राव, पी महेन्द्र रेड्डी, जोगू रामन्ना और जी जगदीश रेड्डी हैं।

चंद्रशेखर राव के शपथग्रहण से पहले आंध्र प्रदेश के राज्यपाल ई एस एल नरसिम्हन ने तेलंगाना के राज्यपाल के तौर पर शपथ ली। आंध्रप्रदेश हाईकोर्ट के मुख्य न्यायमूर्ति कल्याण जोशी सेनगुप्ता ने नरसिम्हन को शपथ दिलाई। नरसिम्हन नवगठित तेलंगाना और शेष आंध्रप्रदेश दोनों राज्यों के राज्यपाल होंगे। हैदराबाद तेलंगाना और शेष आंध्रप्रदेश की संयुक्त राजधानी होगा।

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और गृह मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह ने चंद्रशेखर राव को बधाई दी और तेलंगाना के विकास के लिए शुभकामानाएं दी। मोदी ने आज तेलंगाना गठन की सराहना की और राज्य को प्रगति की नई उंचाइयों तक पहुंचने में केंद्र की पूरी सहायता मुहैया कराने का वादा किया। उन्होंने ट्वीट किया, भारत को मिला एक नया राज्य। हम अपने 29 वें राज्य के तौर पर तेलंगाना का स्वागत करते हैं। आगामी वर्षों में हमारी विकास यात्रा में तेलंगाना मजबूती देगा। उन्होंने कहा है, केंद्र राज्य को प्रगति की नयी उंचाइयों तक ले जाने के लिए प्रदेश की जनता और तेलंगाना सरकार को पूर्ण समर्थन का भरोसा दिलाता है।

कल आधी रात होते ही अलग राज्य के रूप में तेलंगाना के अस्तित्व में आने के बाद हैदराबाद तथा राज्य के अन्य हिस्सों में लोगों ने जश्न मनाना शुरू कर दिया था। टीआरएस, कांग्रेस और अन्य राजनीतिक दलों के साथ तेलंगाना समर्थक संगठनों ने अलग राज्य के गठन की खुशियां मनाने के लिए कई कार्यक्रमों की योजना बनाई है। टीआरएस कार्यकर्ता और समर्थक पहले ही हैदराबाद को गुलाबी रंग से रंग चुके हैं। टीआरएस के झंडे का रंग भी गुलाबी है। शहर में बड़े-बड़े पोस्टर, बैनर लगाए गए हैं जिसमें चंद्रशेखर राव की तारीफ के पुल बांधे गए हैं।

हुसैन सागर लेक पर पीपुल्स प्लाजा में तेलंगाना समर्थक एकत्रित होने लगे जहां सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों के साथ आतिशबाजी का प्रदर्शन करने का कार्यक्रम था। समर्थकों ने विजय जुलूस भी निकाले और मिठाई बांटी। उधर कांग्रेस के नेताओं ने पार्टी अध्यक्ष सोनिया गांधी को तेलंगाना का श्रेय देते हुए कल रात रैली निकाली।

अविभाजित आंध्र प्रदेश में लागू राष्ट्रपति शासन कल आंशिक तौर पर हटा लिया गया ताकि तेलंगाना राष्ट्र समिति (टीआरएस) प्रमुख के. चंद्रशेखर राव की अध्यक्षता में नवगठित तेलंगाना में सरकार शपथ-ग्रहण कर सके। बहरहाल, तेलंगाना के गठन के बाद मौजूदा आंध्र प्रदेश के शेष भाग में राष्ट्रपति शासन उस वक्त तक जारी रहेगा जब तक तेलुगु देशम पार्टी (टीडीपी) प्रमुख एन चंद्रबाबू नायडू मुख्यमंत्री का पद नहीं संभालते। नरसिम्हन तेलंगाना और शेष आंध्र प्रदेश दोनों के राज्यपाल होंगे।

आंध्र प्रदेश को बांटकर नया तेलंगाना राज्य गठन की मांग को लेकर लंबे समय तक संघर्ष चला और अंतत: नया राज्य आज अस्तित्व में आ गया। टीआरएस ने हाल में तेलंगाना क्षेत्र में आयोजित विधानसभा चुनाव में 119 सीटों 63 सीटें जीतकर बहुमत हासिल किया था।

पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री मनमोहन सिंह ने अलग तेलंगाना राज्य के गठन की पूर्व संध्या पर क्षेत्र की जनता को बधाई दी। सिंह के नेतृत्व वाली सरकार ने ही अलग तेलंगाना राज्य के गठन का फैसला किया था। प्रदेश के राज्यपाल ईएसएल नरसिम्हन को भेजे गए अपने संदेश में उन्होंने नए राज्य की जनता के लिए गौरवशाली भविष्य और सतत खुशहाली की कामना की।

तेलंगाना के पहले मुख्यमंत्री बनने पर द्रमुक अध्यक्ष एम करूणानिधि ने टीआरएस प्रमुख चन्द्रशेखर राव बधाई दी।
